We’re looking for a receptionist with a difference — someone who’s ready to be the friendly face of our newly acquired and expanding gate automation & fencing installation business, while also rolling up their sleeves to support the team behind the scenes.

This is a diverse, hands-on role in a small but growing SA-owned company. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that values initiative, reliability, and a good laugh.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

Light bookkeeping and invoice processing (we use Xero and Jobber)

Helping manage inventory and liaising with suppliers

Chasing up debtors and keeping accounts tidy

Supporting the team with general admin and workflow coordination

🙌 What We’re Looking For

A great attitude — proactive, positive, and ready to learn

Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

Basic bookkeeping or admin experience (bonus if you’ve used Xero or similar)

Comfortable juggling tasks and working independently

Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a growing business

💰 Salary & Perks

$55,000–$62,000 + super, depending on experience
