We're currently seeking a full-time, permanent Receptionist to join our Hays Adelaide team, with an immediate start. This is an in-office role where you'll be the welcoming face of our business, helping to create a professional and friendly environment for both visitors and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact, managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Greet visitors warmly and notify team members of their arrival
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area, keeping company materials well-stocked
  • Coordinate bookings for interview rooms and boardrooms
  • Provide general administrative support, including reporting and mail distribution
  • Conduct stocktakes of office supplies to keep things running smoothly
  • Assist with organising internal and external events that support our vibrant team culture

What you'll need to succeed

  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective communication and questioning skills
  • Demonstrates professionalism and polished personal presentation
  • Pro-active and willing to help where ever possible
  • Team oriented
  • Demonstrated switchboard experience
  • Data entry and/or word processing skills
