We are looking for our next Medical receptionist to join our rapidly growing team!

The Biomechanics Lab is a sports podiatry and biomechanics clinic based in Norwood, South Australia. We are a busy practice with a strong case load in orthopaedics, sports medicine and biomechanics. Our custom-built clinic provide a unique and modern working space, with our staff being some of the most experienced in Australia.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our administration team (in either a full-time or part-time capacity) to provide exceptional patient experiences on a day-to-day basis. You will work alongside other front desk staff to deliver a world-class patient experience. This role has a number of key responsibilities:

Welcoming patients into the practice in an efficient and courteous manner

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Scheduling and managing patient appointments

Collecting and entering patient details

Answering phone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Performing general administration duties such as scanning, faxing, mail sorting and stock take

Patient billing and processing of payments

Assisting practitioners as needed and managing their clinical requirements

Prior experience working as a Medical Receptionist is an advantage (but not essential).
