Our client, a well-established company in the transport industry, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy, and can keep both office operations and financial records running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks
Process invoices, receipts, and payments
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with payroll preparation and reporting
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in administration and accounts
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software Xero
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the transport or logistics industry is an advantage but not essential
What We Offer:
Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week (8am to 4pm)
