About the role

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at Glass Recycling NSW PL' in Minto, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to the highest standard, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our recycling plant.

What you'll be doing

Perform welding tasks to repair and maintain equipment and machinery

Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Welder in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment

Proficient in MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills
