About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic welder to join our ever-growing manufacturing team at Wetherill Park. Majority of work involves fabrication of custom designed aluminium and stainless-steel product, and structures used in height safety access systems.

Duties include but not limited to:

Read and interpret technical drawings and fabricate structures to comply with standards.

Set up components and weld according to specifications.

Operate hand tools and general workshop machinery like bandsaw, bench drill, linisher, and angle grinder safely.

Weld components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)

About You:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in MIG/TIG welding.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade qualified Welder Fabricator.

Able to weld aluminium and stainless-steel parts.

High quality of workmanship and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards WHS / EMS and regulatory requirements.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Willing to work to RIS business needs such as tight deadlines and supporting overtime when offered.

Valid Australian Drivers licence (must have own transport)
