We are currently looking to engage a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our Rutherford team manufacturing dual skin exhausts as per drawings on a Full Time basis. Our workshop generally runs between 6am to 6pm. Overtime and weekend work is available at the discretion of the Branch Manager.

The role:

• $40.28ph + penalties
• 6am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday with additional overtime
• Read & understand drawings to manufacture items to Mammoth expectations.
• Aligning QA checks with Production Manager before full weld stages.
• Manufacturing products in timely manner.
• Clearly marking items when finished ready for final QA complete with drawings.
• Utilising off-cuts material to as best as possible and wherever applicable
• General housekeeping of work areas.

About you:

• Trade qualification (Cert III Engineering) - Advantageous
• 3+ post apprenticeship experience
• MIG welding abilities
• Previous exposure to exhaust fabrication - Advantageous
• Be willing and ready to assist other team members
• High level of workmanship and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Forklift licence - Advantageous
• Current and Valid Australian Working Rights
• Be prompt and mindful of start times
• Be capable of filling in daily timesheets
