Join the Client Support Team at Nashco

We are seeking a new team member in our Client Support Team who is passionate about assisting customers, driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

The role is Monday to Friday (no weekends), normal working hours at our site are between 7.00 am – 4.30 pm.

Your day will be filled with:

Assisting internal and external customers with pricing and order enquiries

Processing customer orders

Entering all enquiries and orders into the ERP system

Following through enquiries, including back orders, to completion.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting the sales team and working in the CRM

Your success will come from your attention to detail, ability to use your initiative and great communication and teamwork skills.

It is expected that you have:

A positive, enthusiastic can-do attitude (essential)

Ability to prioritise tasks in a reactive environment (essential).

Friendly, well-presented professional appearance (essential)

Sales experience in a trade environment (highly desirable)

Excellent Customer Service (highly desirable)

Computer Skills (essential)
