Nutrisoy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise operations across its growing soy food manufacturing and distribution facility in Banksmeadow. This senior position encompasses both factory and warehouse management and requires a proven leader with strong operational expertise, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day production and warehouse operations, ensuring output, quality, and service standards are consistently met.

Lead, coach, and develop production and warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, WHS, and other relevant food safety and regulatory standards.

Manage inventory, logistics, and distribution to achieve high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and DIFOT.

Analyse operational performance, implement process improvements, and deliver measurable outcomes in productivity, cost control, and waste reduction.

Collaborate with the production planner on production scheduling, workforce planning, and long-term operational strategies.

Identify operational risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated experience managing both manufacturing and warehouse operations, ideally within the food industry.

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and operational targets.

Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and quality systems.
