Erina Fair Medical Centre is a thriving, fast paced medical practice in need of an experienced business / practice manager.

This role is designed as an all-encompassing business management role, from staffing, to recruitment, to rostering, to day to day management flows, financial analysis and reporting, financial targets, IT management and all 3rd party liaising, and most important of all, the support and assistance of all the doctors in the practice.

It is also a hands on role at the front desk as a receptionist, with the above roles as part of the overall job position.

You will be reporting direct to the owners.

About you:

excellent computer and IT skills - able to trouble shoot and deal with computer/printer issues that can happen on a day-to-day basis.

Great at dealing with people and building a team around you. Able to fit into an existing culture and build on it.

High level understanding of medical practices day to day operation.

Ideally experience with Best Practice Software (MD still ok)

Ideally been through practice Accreditation

The role requires a minimum of 4 days per week, ideally full time.
