Hepburn House is now a 106 bed Aged Care Facility with the opening of its new extension in February 2024 . Its management is based on a person centred model of care and is rainbow tick accredited. Residents at Hepburn House are empowered to have choices and make decisions regarding their care and influence the management of the home they live in. The company is progressive and recognises the changing needs of the ageing population and have adapted their systems and management to suit.

The Role

The role is well supported by experienced registered nurses to assist you develop your skills to lead a team of personal carers and assist in the leadership of a multidisciplinary health team and its daily environment. To be successful for this role, you must have current APRHA and also have:

• A passion for aged care and truly makes a difference in the lives of the residents.

• A willingness to learn all aspects of aged care adn develop your clinical skills.

• Excellent Computer Skills
