About the Role

We are currently seeking a community-based Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality clinical nursing care to clients in their homes and the community, supporting their independence, health, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

Delivering clinical nursing services in line with professional standards and care plans

Administering medications and monitoring client health status

Undertaking wound care, continence care, catheter care, PEG feeding, and other nursing interventions as required

Maintaining accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation

Collaborating with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes

Escalating clinical concerns appropriately and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in community nursing, aged care, disability, or related clinical settings

Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Mandatory Requirements:

Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia

Current Police Check (within last 12 months)

Employee Working with Children Check (or willing to apply)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)

NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion

Current Flu Vaccination (2025)

COVID-19 Vaccination

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
