Your Role:

As part of our dedicated team, you will:

Deliver person-centred clinical care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Conduct comprehensive clinical, social and self-care assessments.

Anticipate and respond to changing resident needs with proactive care planning.

Manage wound care and administer medication safely.

Provide support to residents and families with empathy and professionalism.

Supervise, coach and mentor personal care staff.

What You’ll Bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (mandatory).

Strong clinical knowledge with excellent attention to detail.

Compassionate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritise, organise and multitask effectively.
