Job Title: Registered Nurse Grade 2 & Registered Nurse Grade 3A
Location: Residential Aged Care Facility
Salary: $38 to $51 per hour + superannuation + penalties (Depending on experience & grade)
Position Type: Permanent, Fixed Rosters (ALL Day Shifts, ALL Late/PM Shifts & ALL Night Shifts Rosters Available)

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Grade 2 & Registered Nurse Grade 3A to join our esteemed clients' modern and supportive Residential Aged Care Facilities in Bendigo.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Assist with the development and implementation of individualised care plans.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care. (New Graduate RNs are welcome to apply.)

Minimum of 2 years experience (with Night Duty & RNIC experience) for the ALL Night Shifts Roster.

RN In Charge (RNIC) experience is desirable but not essential.

Current AHPRA registration.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
