Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborate with Registered Nurse and care team
- Assist residents to achieve health and wellbeing goals
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation
- Support quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Promote a positive and inclusive care environment
Skills & Experience
- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Sound clinical skills suited to role scope
- Commitment to continuous professional growth
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
