About this position
Support the delivery of Leisure World services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.
Your role includes:
Supervising the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environment
Identifying and reducing risks
Acting as a positive role model
Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid
Delivering excellent customer service
Make a difference in a vibrant, community-focused setting.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of people
Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required
Essential requirements
Working with Children Check card
Provide First Aid qualification
CPR qualification
Pool Lifeguard certificate
Current police clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage of the recruitment process as it is an appointment condition.
