About the role

Primo Education and Visa Services is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality immigration and visa services to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position based in our Sydney office.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with visa applications, including student, work, and family visas

Preparing and lodging visa applications on behalf of clients

Providing expert advice and guidance on Australian immigration law and regulations

Advocating for clients during the visa application process

Staying up-to-date with changes in immigration policies and regulations

Maintaining detailed client records and case files

Collaborating with the legal team to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent with a valid MARA registration

Minimum 1 year of experience in providing migration services

Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration law and regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using immigration-related software and systems
