What You'll Do:
✅ Oversee daily café operations
✅ Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and barista staff
✅ Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction
✅ Manage inventory and order supplies
✅ Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
✅ Handle scheduling, budgeting, and performance reviews
✅ Drive sales and support marketing efforts

What You Bring:
Proven experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
Leadership skills and a hands-on approach
Great communication and organizational abilities
Barista experience a plus!
Ability to work weekends and early mornings
