About the Role

You’ll lead a small, committed team and be responsible for the smooth running of daily operations. We need someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one.

Key duties include:

Managing and supporting the café team

Ordering, stock control and supplier coordination

Liaising with catering customers and overseeing catering operations

Upholding high service and food safety standards

Handling day-to-day café management tasks with confidence and efficiency

What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar café or hospitality management role

Confident managing people and making operational decisions

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Professional, reliable and great with customers
