About the Role
Salary: $64,000 - $68,000 (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Location: Rouse Road, Gilberts, Mandurah
Trading Hours: Typically 6:15 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week
As a Duty Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to:
Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service
Manage day-to-day cafe operations
Meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist in staff training and coordination
We’re looking for someone who:
Has hospitality or retail leadership experience
Thrives in busy, fast-moving environments
Brings a positive, customer-first attitude
Demonstrate strong communication
