Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards.

Lead, motivate and manage a team of baristas.

Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering supplies.

Coordinate food preparation.

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maintain a positive work environment.

Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Assist with hiring, training and developing team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a cafe or hospitality management role. Ideally looking for 3+ years of experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and cafe operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment and handle high-pressure situations.
