What is the role?

Supporting a team of experienced Banking & Finance lawyers, this Paralegal role will see you working on complex, high-value transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The firm is open to candidates from other areas of law who are looking to transition into banking & finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with large-scale financing matters and transaction documentation;
• Drafting, reviewing, and collating legal documents;
• Managing due diligence processes and document review;
• Coordinating settlements and liaising with clients and stakeholders; and
• Managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and supporting the team throughout the transaction lifecycle.

What are we looking for?

• You’ll have experience as a Paralegal either in a commercial, banking/finance team, or other practice area;
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach;
• The ability to manage deadlines; and
• Excellent technical, written and verbal communication skills.
