Our client is one of Australia's largest Corporate Law Firms, with over 700 Partners and staff nationally. This role is for an enthusiastic full-time paralegal to join the Sydney office in the Retirement Villages, Aged Care, and Senior Living team. They are looking for someone proactive, capable, and motivated to work autonomously within a successful team.

Whether you're an experienced Paralegal or a Legal Secretary with strong process skills looking to step up - this could be the perfect next move.

What you'll be doing:

You'll play a key role in keeping transactions running smoothly by:

• Managing documentation and workflow across multiple active matters
• Drafting contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents with precision
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and external parties to keep things on track
• Tracking progress, ensuring key dates and compliance steps are met
• Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks and file management
• Spotting any potential risks and escalating where needed

What we're looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and a structured, process-driven mindset
• Great communication - you're confident and clear with both clients and colleagues
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple files
• Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role (ideally in property or transactional work)
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a busy, high-performing environment

This role is NOT suitable for students or individuals on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV).
