We are actively seeking a tech-savvy and process-driven Paralegal to join a highly regarded national firm in their Sydney office. Supporting the Retirement Villages, Aged Care and Senior Living Team, this is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary ready for a new challenge, or an experienced Paralegal.

The role:

• Receiving and actioning instructions in accordance with established timelines and procedures
• Preparing, recording, and maintaining accurate documentation and correspondence
• Managing active files to meet strict client service level agreements and compliance obligations
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions, estates and third parties to drive matters forward
• Monitoring financial and document status, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure progress
• Identifying and escalating complex or high-risk matters to legal counsel as required
• Carrying out administrative tasks related to matter progression and file maintenance

• Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and confidently adopt legal technology
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of active files
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal documentation
• A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist colleagues when needed
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive legal environment
