The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across Victoria, with a strong focus on the Melbourne metro area. This is a performance-focused role with a base salary and significant commission upside for a motivated sales professional ready to own their territory and build a strong pipeline of recurring business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in the hotel and accommodation sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Leverage our locally manufactured curtain and sheer solutions to differentiate our offering
Engage with hotel management, procurement and operations teams to understand their needs
Present tailored solutions across a diverse range of products and categories
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes and tender submissions
Manage your sales pipeline, track activity and consistently drive new business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Travel across VIC and occasionally to NSW for client meetings and project follow-ups
What We Are Looking For
Industry background in hospitality, appliances, guestroom accessories or soft furnishings is highly desirable
Proven experience in business development, territory sales and account management
Experience working across multiple product categories and B2B sales environments
Strong understanding of the hotel procurement and tendering process
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously
Willingness to travel as needed throughout Victoria and regional NSW
