What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and assist guests, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
• Manage meeting rooms, catering, and events to ensure everything runs seamlessly
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, couriers, and office supplies
• Support with presentations, documents, and general administration
• Keep the reception area looking impeccable at all times
