Your responsibilities will include:

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Manage incoming calls and direct calls, emails, and queries

Being the first point of contact for our valued clients

Maintaining the office’s smooth operation, set up meeting room, overseeing office inventory and general office upkeep

ATO portal work and compliance administration

Lodgement of tax returns

Scanning, emailing, filing

General office administration duties

Providing support to our administration team

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 2 years experience in a similar role within an accounting and legal practice

Be familiar with database management

Have exceptional presentation, written and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
