About the role:

We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join a commercial property sales and leasing team. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for design, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high-quality marketing materials that make an impact.

Duties:

• Design engaging marketing collateral using Canva, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and proposals
• Coordinate and execute property marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
• Manage property listings on online portals and keep content up to date
• Liaise with agents, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise future marketing efforts

The skills and experience required for this role:

• Minimum 1 year experience in property marketing (commercial or residential)
• Proficient in Canva with a strong eye for design and attention to detail
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and property listing platforms
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
