Our IT software solution client is seeking an Application Support Analyst to support and maintain financial applications, assist users with troubleshooting, resolve issues, and contribute to system enhancements.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Application Support role, ideally with financial applications.
- Applications Support with Accounting Software (must be on-prem, not cloud) - like Solution6, MYOB, Reckon, Attache, Xero, etc.
- Cashbook experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with Jira or similar Support Desk tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
