The Role
You will be required to work over the below areas for the group:
- Daily account reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Weekly payroll execution
- BAS and IAS Preparation and Lodgments
- Monthly Payroll tax
- Cashflow management
- Superannuation
- Long service leave
- Liaising with external accountant where required
Skills required:
- Experience in Microsoft applications
- Experience with MYOB
- Experience in similar role
- Qualification in accounting or bookkeeping

What We’re Looking For
Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in a finance or bookkeeping role (AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end; IAS Reporting & lodgments)
Confident communicator — comfortable on the phone with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Strong Myob skills + Microsoft Excel
A proactive, “see it, do it” attitude
Laser-sharp attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
Absolute professionalism and discretion with confidential financial data
