About the Company:
A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M. They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.
They are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join their Perth team. Starting office based in South Perth, you would work directly with an experienced Senior Project Manager.
Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics or Quantity Surveying
• Commercial building experience is essential
• Solid Intermediate level CA, with proven experience on projects $10m+ as the Lead/Solo CA
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential
