Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented & experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic project team. You will be responsible for coordination and communication of end-to-end process of proposals and tender submissions — from coordinating technical inputs to ensuring pricing accuracy and maintaining version control under the guidance of our operations and estimating leads. The ideal candidate is comfortable coordinating inputs from engineering, operations, finance, and legal teams, and enjoys being the central point of contact for all things related to proposals and commercial documentation.
This is a hands-on coordination role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to play a key part in how we win and deliver work.
Major Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare proposals, tenders, pre-qualifications, and commercial submissions in line with our Estimators requirements
Review and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers inclusive of terms and compliance
Resolution of disputes that may arise during the course of a project
Coordinate with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Maintain a centralised record of all proposals/submissions & activities ensuing accurate version control and compliance
Supports Estimator or others with the management of large and/or complex contracts in addition to assigned contracts.
Ensure all proposal and contract deliverables meet submission deadlines and quality standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a proposal, commercial, or contract coordination role, ideally within the construction industry
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance,
Strong understanding of the tendering process and commercial principles.
Confident reviewing commercial documentation such as contracts and invoices.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
