Our client is a private investment business with a combination of owned and managed commercial assets. They have multiple offerings of investment, Property Management, Sales & Leasing and Building & Construction and so there are multiple opportunities for cross selling across the business model.

We have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator within the construction arm of the business. The role will be working on a $100m apartment project in the Western Suburbs offering a selection of residences with refined finishes and premium amenities. The project has started forward works and will be under construction for the next couple of years.

Key Requirements:

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Contract Administrator on similar sized projects.
• Previous apartment project experience.
• You will perform at your best in a highly driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong systems experience.
• Someone flexible, adaptable and hard working.
