We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our passionate front of house team.

The Role:

- Deliver outstanding service and a seamless guest experience during shift

- Lead, coach and motivate the front of house team to perform at their best

- Manage reservations, floor plans and day to day operations

- Drive team performance through training, feedback and hands-on leadership

- Ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations

- Collaborate on guest engagement and marketing initiatives

About You:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a premium dining environment

- A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail oriented, solutions-driven and passionate about hospitality

- Confident with POS and restaurant management systems

- Knowledge of RSA and relevant licensing requirements

- Professional, energetic and committed to excellence in every service
