The Firm:

Our clients are a fun Accounting and Financial Planning firm based in Adelaide CBD. They service a wide range of SME clients across varying industries and pride themselves on a great work culture

You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a financial services firm. You will be working alongside another receptionist to lessen the workload and parking is available if you prefer to drive to work.

The Role:

As a highly valued member of our team, you will love being the FRONT FACE across all our divisions. You will provide a warm and welcoming experience to all our clients and visitors.

  • Managing the admin, reception, accounting support and marketing email inbox
  • Scanning, filing and returning of client documentation
  • Distribution and following up of invoices
  • Adding, removing and maintaining client details on our databases
  • Managing client appointment schedules
  • Meeting rooms maintenance
  • Collecting, scanning and distribution of physical mail
  • Downloading and distributing Centrelink, ASIC and ATO electronic correspondence.
  • Lodging Income Tax Returns
  • Ordering office and catering supplies

Experience:

  • Previous reception/administration and client facing experience in a public practice accounting firm / financial services
  • A passion for customer service and excellent communication skills
  • Accounting/financial planning software experience highly regarded
  • Strong values and ethics consistent with our company values
  • MUST be Australian Citizen to Apply
