About the Role:

We are expanding our multicultural team and are now looking for a passionate and motivated Chinese-speaking Education Counsellor with experience in Chinese digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional counselling to Chinese-speaking students regarding education options in Australia.

Guide students through admission processes, visa applications, and course selections.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutions, courses, and migration policies.

Manage and promote services on Chinese platforms such as WeChat（微信）, Weibo （微博）, Xiaohongshu （小红书）, and Douyin（抖音）

Assist with developing marketing content and campaigns targeted at the Chinese community.

Support student engagement through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Previous experience as an education counsellor or in international student services.

Knowledge of Australian education systems and visa requirements is an advantage.

Experience in digital marketing, particularly on Chinese platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
