The Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work closely with clients and their support networks to develop and implement highly personalised behaviour support plans. You'll have the autonomy to structure your workload while being supported by strong systems, an experienced multidisciplinary team, and leadership that prioritises your professional success and personal wellbeing. We are deeply committed to client care, and our systems are designed to help you deliver the highest quality outcomes without adding to your stress.
This role is also perfect for students completing qualifications in social work, psychology, teaching, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or other allied health disciplines. We offer flexibility that adapts to your study schedule and career goals.

We Think You'll Love It Here If You Enjoy Working In a Team That Provides Safety for Your Nervous System, and:
Are currently registered (or eligible) with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
Have an allied health background or are currently studying in this field
Thrive in an environment where collaboration and shared wins are the norm
Bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset and a deep commitment to client outcomes
Hold, or are working toward, a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or related allied health field
Are willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check
Current registration with relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW, ACA) where applicable
Have experience in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing/implementing Behaviour Support Plans
