Project Manager – ERP/CRM Integration & Implementation

• Melbourne (4 days onsite) – occasional travel interstate
• Day Rate - $950-$1,050 p/d + GST (Incl Super)
• 6-Month Contract – extensions likely

Our client, one of Australia’s leading construction businesses employing thousands nationally, is seeking a solid, well-rounded Project Manager to join a high-impact integration program.

You’ll have delivered tough, complex projects involving CRM and ERP platforms - connecting them together and integrating with other business systems - but you won’t be a single-system specialist. We’re after a generalist PM who’s seen it all, knows what needs doing, and gets on with it.

The ideal candidate blends delivery grit with adaptability - confident thinking outside the box while also applying structured project management methodologies when they add value. You focus on hitting delivery dates and outcomes, not ticking every sequential step in the playbook.

This is a delivery-first role at the sharp end of a major enterprise transformation program - connecting ERP, CRM, COTS, and custom-built systems into a cohesive, business-ready ecosystem.

We’ve just placed one exceptional PM into the team - now we’re looking for their counterpart: straight-talking, tenacious, calm under fire, and relentless in getting delivery across the line.

This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where stakeholders can be blunt, priorities shift, and delivery dates are non-negotiable. If you’re someone who gets bogged down in process or takes too long to get to the point, this isn’t the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead ERP, CRM, and COTS system integration projects end-to-end
• Connect multiple platforms through custom build and integration work
• Navigate tough, blue-collar stakeholder environments where direct communication is key
• Drive project plans, adapt delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to fit the goal
• Keep delivery moving in high-pressure, shifting-priority situations
• Build trust, hold people to account, and make decisions with incomplete information

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years as a Senior PM delivering complex integration projects
• Proven track record with ERP & CRM integrations, COTS, and custom builds
• Experience connecting systems across multiple business functions
• Blue collar or construction industry exposure highly regarded
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving, outcome-driven environments
• A communication style that’s clear, concise, and straight to the point
• Leadership skills to hold the line and inspire delivery focus
• Willingness to be onsite in Melbourne 4 days/week, with Perth travel as required
