The Opportunity

Join a high-impact AI-enabled reporting program on an initial 6-month contract, with scope for extension. This role is based in Melbourne and requires 2-3 days office attendance.

The Role

As a Business Project Manager you will be responsible for

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Leading a key reporting automation initiative with AI integration at its core
• Driving governance and finance-focused deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Managing day-to-day project activities and reporting into a Senior Project Manager
• Ensuring alignment with broader digital strategy and transformation goals
• Facilitating communication across PMO, business, and technology stakeholders
• Supporting structured project documentation, tracking, and progress reporting

About You

In order to be a successful applicant you will

• Have demonstrated experience in project management with strong business acumen
• Be familiar with finance, reporting, and governance-heavy environments
• Bring previous experience in PMO or a similar structured delivery function
• Have worked in digital or retail transformation contexts
• Be confident managing complex stakeholder engagement and governance
• Be an emerging project leader ready to step up and take ownership
