We’re looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join our client's team on an initial 6-month contract in Melbounre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping and delivering complex project(s) by working closely with two seasoned Project Managers. You’ll take full ownership of the integrated project schedule, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and accountability across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a detailed integrated schedule in MS Project
- Maintain and update the schedule, tracking progress and raising issues or delays proactively
- Provide scheduling insights to support decision-making and drive project delivery
- Work closely with Project Managers to align planning with delivery priorities
- Identify risks, dependencies, and critical paths, and ensure stakeholders are informed
- Adapt to change and manage scheduling impacts in a constantly evolving environment
About You
- Proven experience in Project Scheduling within complex transformation programs
- Strong expertise in MS Project and schedule integration across multiple workstreams
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work autonomously and take ownership of schedule integrity
