Project Manager - Operational Technology & Control Room Systems

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead two critical initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and improving real-time responsiveness within a high-performing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of system upgrades aimed at optimising how operational data is captured, processed, and used to manage alerts in time-sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of two key projects focused on system upgrades and real-time alerting capabilities

Oversee stakeholder engagement across engineering, operations, and IT teams

Manage budgets, schedules, and risk across all phases of project delivery

Ensure seamless integration with existing OT systems and SCADA infrastructure

Drive outcomes that directly support control room responsiveness and compliance

About You

Proven experience managing projects in utilities, infrastructure, or other complex operational environments

Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), SCADA systems, or alarm management frameworks

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience working across both business and technical teams

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
