We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead Subway stores across Southern Bayside and Logan-Gold Coast Corridor (South East of Brisbane Metro)—someone passionate about developing teams, driving performance, and building a culture of excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to coach the next generation of leaders.

Location:

Southern Bayside and Logan-Gold Coast Corridor (South East of Brisbane Metro) - Birkdale, Victoria Point, Redland Bay, Cleveland, Springwood, Shailer Park, Eagleby and Parkwood.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Coach & Develop: Train and mentor Area and Store Managers to be their best

Drive Operations: Oversee compliance, labour budgets, rosters, and service quality

Support the Region: Act as the go-to link between store teams and the General Manager

Lead with Purpose: Run weekly meetings, assist with recruitment, and promote store growth

💰 WHAT YOU’LL GET

$89,600 Total Package ($80K base + 12 % super)

Up to $24,000 in annual bonuses

Proven leadership in QSR multi-site retail

Strong operational excellence

Outstanding communication skills

A passion for lead, training and development of a team

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + car

Police Check + Food Safety Supervisor Cert (or willingness to obtain before employment starts)
