π° Salary Range: $90,000 β $110,000 + super (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role:
This key role will see you overseeing the daily allocations and coordination of a busy fleet of 30 cranes, 10 trucks, and managing bookings across multiple projects. Youβll also allocate and support a workforce of approximately 70 employees, ensuring efficient operations and delivery across job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily scheduling and allocation of mobile cranes and trucks across QLD & Northern NSW
Managing client bookings and responding to project requirements
Liaising with clients, site supervisors, and crew
Coordinating with HR and payroll on timesheets and workforce planning
Adapting to changes and resolving allocation issues efficiently
Communicating clearly with operators, dogmen, riggers, and site teams
What Weβre Looking For:
Proven experience in crane or transport allocations (mobile crane industry preferred)
Strong communication, time management, and logistical planning skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume coordination
Familiarity with major rail and infrastructure projects is a plus
Proficiency with scheduling systems and computer-based logistics tools
