Dental Assistant & Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Team in East Brisbane

EasyCare Family Dental is a modern, family-friendly dental clinic based in East Brisbane. We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who’s also confident with reception duties to join our caring and supportive team.

If you're friendly, organised, and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

At the front desk:

Greet patients with a smile and make them feel welcome

Answer phone calls and emails, manage appointments, and send reminders

Take payments and help organise payment plans

Keep patient records accurate and up to date

In the surgery:

Set up the treatment room and help the dentist during procedures

Clean and sterilise instruments

Take digital X-rays (if qualified) and help explain treatment or care instructions to patients

Other tasks:

Help keep the clinic running smoothly by ordering supplies and supporting your teammates

Work closely with the whole dental team to provide great care for our patients

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have at least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant

Are confident working on reception and talking to patients

Have a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (bonus points if you do)

Know how to use dental software and follow proper sterilisation procedures

Are friendly, reliable, and great with people
