About the Role:
As the Senior Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with highly regarded clinicians, providing chairside support during a wide range of procedures with a strong focus on implant dentistry. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and maintaining high standards of infection control and patient care.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in implant surgeries and complex restorative procedures

Maintain surgical equipment and manage sterile setups

Provide chairside support across general and specialist treatments

Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency and compliance

Support and mentor junior assistants

Ensure outstanding infection control and sterilisation protocols

Build rapport with patients and contribute to a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant

Proven experience assisting in implant procedures (essential)

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)

Strong knowledge of infection control and surgical protocols

Excellent communication and patient-care skills

A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Hours and days are non-negotiable

Monday 8.15am – 5.45pm

Tuesday 8.15am – 5.45pm

Wednesday 8.15am – 4.15pm

Thursday 8.45am – 6.00pm

Friday 8.15am – 4.15pm
