As our business grows, we’re looking for a sales-driven Sales Administrator to join our small but dynamic team — someone who won’t just support sales, but actively drive them.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a confident, results-driven professional with exceptional phone sales skills, a strong motivation to achieve, and the persistence to follow up leads until they convert. You’ll be comfortable using a CRM to track, manage, and close opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to directly influence both company growth and their own earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact potential customers over the phone and drive conversions.

Understand client needs and provide fast, accurate quotes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Native English with a friendly yet persuasive phone manner.

Proven experience in telephone sales (B2B or B2C) with a track record of success.

Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve (and exceed) targets.

Resilient when facing rejection — persistent in following up leads.

Knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areas is an advantage.

A valid driver’s licence is preferred.
