As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to take the lead on current and upcoming steel projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.

Liaise with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and effective project execution.

Monitor project progress and address potential issues before they impact deadlines or budgets.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Travel to various sites within Sydney to oversee project execution and ensure standards are met.

Requirements:

Proven 3+ years’ experience in project coordination within the construction and steel industry

Strong understanding of Project management

Experience in the steel industry preferred

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and project specifications.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with various clients.

Proficiency in spoken English is essential, as it will be key in facilitating communications with some of our project teams and clients.
