ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Project Manager, you will take charge of a large-scale, multi-site program of works across NSW.
This includes retail, logistics, and commercial assets, with concurrent projects running across multiple locations.
You'll provide leadership to a team of Project Managers, APMs, and Coordinators, while being the key interface with senior client stakeholders.
This is a client-facing delivery and relationship management role that blends program oversight, strategic planning, and commercial leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of 8-12 simultaneous projects across a wide-ranging NSW portfolio
• Act as the principal point of contact for key client stakeholders at a state level
• Develop and drive strategic project delivery plans aligned to client needs
• Lead a team of PMs, APMs, and Coordinators to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Oversee project budgets, contract negotiations, tendering, and risk management
• Ensure alignment with client commercial objectives and program performance targets
• Chair project meetings, coordinate consultant teams, and ensure clear stakeholder communication
• Prepare and review key project documents including delivery plans, risk registers, monthly status reports, and cost forecasts
• Maintain strong relationships to enable repeat work and foster cross-functional collaboration

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years' experience in Project or Construction Management, ideally with degree qualifications
• Experience delivering complex programs across retail, logistics, or commercial property
• Demonstrated success managing strategic client accounts and leading high-performing teams
• Proven ability to manage multi-site projects with competing priorities and stakeholders
• Commercial acumen in budgeting, procurement, value engineering, and contract administration
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
