The Role:

We are seeking Causal Disability Support Workers to assist clients across Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Community Access. For the right availability we can also look at permanent part-time roles, rate of pay for part time is $34.58 -$35.67 - based on qualifications.

We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for 5-7 staff to build a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks

Support participants with behaviours and implement PBSP strategies

Encourage healthy lifestyle choices and facilitate community engagement

Help with household tasks, including cooking and light cleaning

Promote social interaction and support recreational interests

Accurately complete shift notes, incident reports, and other client documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

You are someone who is:

Compassionate, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Confident supporting individuals

Proven ability to connect with and build trusting relationships with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

Experience – Experience in similar role or industry related

Organisation – Strong organisational and time management skills.

Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

PAID - Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

Valid Driver’s Licence and a vehicle with comprehensive insurance & Own Vehicle

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Must be willing to provide personal care

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable Qualifications:

Certificate III in Individual Support

What We Offer:

Permanent Part-Time hours or Casual

Entry level pay: $34.58/hr for Part Time - $43.23/hr for casual work - plus penalty rates for evenings, weekends & sleepovers. Higer wages with an approved qualification.
