Technical Support Person – Marine HVAC & Refrigeration
Location: Bibra Lake, WA
Full-time – 9 Day Fortnight!
Join a leader in marine HVAC & refrigeration, supporting defence, mining, superyacht, and commercial fleets.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Person to assist our service and project teams with troubleshooting, technical advice, and customer support.
What you’ll do:
Provide technical assistance to field technicians, internal staff & clients.
Design & Diagnose HVAC & refrigeration solutions.
Interpret technical drawings & manuals.
Coordinate with suppliers for parts & support.
Maintain job documentation & troubleshooting guides.
What you’ll need:
Trade-qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician (or strong industry experience).
Solid HVAC & refrigeration knowledge.
Strong fault-finding skills & ability to read technical schematics.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Current driver’s Licence & Refrigerant Handling Licence.
